To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

Epoxy resin can burn if it comes in contact with an open flame. Polyester resin can also both melt and burn.

To keep your resin items looking their best, it's important to clean them regularly with a soft, non-abrasive cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaning tools, as they can scratch the surface of the resin and dull its shine.
